What we doSERVICES
AEO services built around what your buyers ask
An AEO project should leave you with work you can inspect. We help identify the questions connected to your offer and improve the information available to answer them. We then evaluate what the work produced.
Start with a defined scope. Expand when the next piece of work is worth doing.
AEO assessment
We review an agreed area of your business to understand how well your current content supports buyer questions. This can include a sample of AI answers and the sources they reference, alongside the relevant pages on your site.
The output is a prioritized set of findings. Each recommendation should identify a page or issue and explain the proposed change. We record the starting conditions so later reporting has something concrete to compare against.
An assessment can be a standalone engagement. It doesn’t assume you need a large monthly campaign.
Answer content and page improvements
We help create or revise content that explains your offer clearly. Work might involve a product comparison, a detailed service page or an article answering a difficult buying question.
Your team provides the product facts and reviews claims before publication. We agree on the specific pages and review process in advance. You should know whether a quote covers writing alone or includes publication on your site.

Technical access review
We examine the access and indexing issues relevant to the agreed pages. Where changes are needed, we explain them to the person responsible for the website and confirm who will implement them.
This service can include checking crawler permissions and whether essential information is available in the page that a search system can retrieve. Broader development work is scoped separately.
Measurement and continued improvement
An ongoing engagement can track a defined question set alongside available search data. We also look at relevant website activity and the quality of inquiries the work may be helping generate.
Reports should connect observations to decisions. If a question is attracting attention from people who aren’t buyers, it may deserve less effort. If a commercially useful page is hard to find, it may deserve another round of work.
Measurement should distinguish a visibility signal from evidence of a sale. The project scope should state what can be observed and how it will inform a decision.
What goes into your proposal
Before work begins, we agree on the pages or questions in scope and the people responsible for delivery. The proposal specifies the outputs and review arrangements, with fees and any outside costs clearly stated.
There is no universal package that fits every website. A company with accurate product documentation has a different starting point from one whose service pages barely explain what it sells. Ask for each scope, output, responsibility and any outside cost to be stated clearly in the proposal.
Bring your existing team
We can discuss working with the people already managing your website. A useful engagement gives them a clear role and avoids competing instructions from separate agencies.
Send us your website and a short description of the problem. We’ll discuss the part of the work that needs attention first.
